Pay at the Door (with Cash or Credit Card)
You can place all your orders with the pay-at-the-door option, regardless of the amount or quantity. When finalizing your order, select the "Pay at the Door - Cash or Credit Card" option in the cart section.
If you have chosen the pay-at-the-door method, the courier will ask you to pay the amount stated on the invoice and will then deliver your package.
Online Payment (Single Payment or Installments with Credit Card)
You can securely make payments with your credit card on Eskarpini.com. You can complete your payment using a single payment or the installment options offered by your bank. During payment, you can finalize your transaction by entering your credit card details through the secure payment system.
Payment by EFT/Wire Transfer
For our customers who prefer to pay by bank transfer or EFT, our bank account information will be provided after the order is placed. After creating your order, you can make your payment via bank transfer or EFT. Once the payment is made, your order will be confirmed and processed.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
A Cargo Company is used for our product deliveries. The delivery time is 3 days within Istanbul and 5 days in other regions. In the event that the Cargo Company cannot reach remote areas of Turkey, the person who placed the order can pick up the product from the nearest branch of the cargo company.
Orders received after 3:00 PM are considered accepted on the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday are accepted on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays and official holidays are considered accepted on the first official business day after the holiday ends.
Products are only delivered to the person who placed the order at the address where the order was placed. To facilitate delivery, it will be helpful to provide the address where you are during the day and your phone number. If the customer is not at the specified address, their product is taken to the relevant branch. Products not picked up from there within 4 days are returned.
When you receive packages that you think have been damaged during transportation, open and check them in front of the courier. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have a report drawn up with the cargo company. Please remember that once the product is received, you are deemed to have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
ORDER STATUS
When your order is confirmed, you will be sent an email with the shipping information. To learn more about the status of your order, you can log into the "My Account" section and track your order online with the statuses "Awaiting Confirmation," "Confirmed," "Shipped," and with the "Shipment Tracking Number" once it has been shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order by sending an email with your order number to info@eskarpini.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation process will be carried out.
